Kristin Milito Photography wants everyone to be able to book a session, read our pages, and look through the galleries. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

If you hit a barrier

If any part of this website is difficult to use, contact Kristin and we will help you with the same information another way. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

You can book a session by phone or email. The online form and quiz are not the only way.

Known limitations

Some features are provided by other companies, and we cannot repair their code ourselves:

  • The inquiry form (MeetNikki / LeadConnector) may not expose required fields, error messages, or autocomplete in a way that fully meets WCAG. Phone and email are the alternative.
  • The session quiz (MeetNikki) is inside a third-party frame. If you would rather not use it, call or email and we will help you choose a session.
  • The chat widget (LeadConnector) may not return focus when its prompt closes, and its close control may be smaller than 24 by 24 pixels. Phone and email reach us directly.
  • The behind-the-scenes film is hosted on Vimeo. If captions are missing or a control is hard to use, the short description under the play button on our pages covers what the clip shows, and you can ask us for the details.

We do not use an accessibility overlay widget. We fix issues in our own pages, and we ask vendors in writing to fix the parts they control.

How we check

This statement was written on 22 October 2026 after an audit of the site against WCAG 2.2 AA, including automated checks and keyboard testing. We re-check after significant design changes.
