Hi, I’m Kristin

I’m a Chicago-based newborn and maternity photographer and the founder of a multi-six-figure portrait studio in Glenview. This year marks 13 years in business, 13 years of learning what actually works (often the hard way).

I didn’t start out here. In my first year, I was a stay-at-home mom with three young kids, craving something that felt like mine again. I bought a good camera, built my social media from scratch, and shot for free to create a portfolio I could be proud of. That year, I made less than $20K.

By year three, I was stuck at $50K and completely burnt out. Then I made one shift that changed everything: I got intentional with my social media. My business started growing the moment I did.

By year five, I hit six figures, started investing in mentorship, and finally had my dream clients on my calendar. I’ve hired and trained a team of associate photographers, and families travel from across Chicagoland, Indiana, Michigan and Wisconsin to work with us.

I’m not special. I just figured out what works and kept doing it. Now I coach and mentor photographers so they can build a business they love, without the years of guesswork.
